Section / 01
INEEDTHEMAX is a creator-performance platform. The Receipt Room, Game Board, My Locker, Recovery Room, MAX, and related resources help creative entrepreneurs unload competing demands, make decisions, and choose a practical Next Play.
You must use the service lawfully and may not interfere with it, scrape protected content, share paid access, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm another person.
Section / 02
MAX is an AI creator-performance coach. Its classifications, summaries, suggestions, and plans can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing the Receipt, correcting the call, and deciding what action fits your situation.
INEEDTHEMAX does not guarantee a creative, business, audience, financial, emotional, or personal result.
Section / 03
INEEDTHEMAX is not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, crisis response, legal advice, or financial advice.
When a Receipt appears to need crisis or clinical support, MAX may stop the performance flow and surface outside support resources. That safety route is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for qualified help.
Section / 04
You keep ownership of the ideas, Receipt text, uploads, decisions, and other content you provide. You give INEEDTHEMAX permission to process that content only as needed to deliver the features you request.
INEEDTHEMAX owns its brand, product design, prompts, frameworks, lessons, templates, and original platform content. These materials may not be copied, resold, or republished without permission.

Keep your password and account access secure. Let us know if you believe your Locker has been accessed without permission.
Features, limits, pricing, and these terms may change as the service develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service and delete your account.
The boundary
INEEDTHEMAX supports workload, decisions, recovery, and execution. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
