Section / 01

What we collect

• Account information such as email, profile details, and secure sign-in records.
• Receipt text while MAX processes it; the original Receipt is saved to your account only when you turn that option on.
• The resulting classifications, decisions, Game Plan, Next Play, clarity ratings, Receipt history, and wins you save.
• Up to three useful memory statements when you explicitly allow MAX to remember them.
• Subscription status when billing is enabled, coaching requests, support messages, and limited technical or security information.
• Privacy-safe product events when analytics is enabled. These events exclude Receipt text, names, email addresses, and memory content.

How information is used

• Open and secure your Locker.
• Analyze a Receipt and generate the creator-performance flow you request.
• Save your confirmed plan, decisions, Next Plays, memories, and wins.
• Enforce fair-use limits, keep the service reliable, respond to support, and reduce misuse.
• Improve product flow using anonymous events only when you leave analytics enabled.

Section / 03

AI, safety, and retention

Receipt content may be sent to OpenAI to generate a MAX Read. The application requests no provider-side storage for these responses. Provider processing is still subject to its own terms and security practices.

Safety events store the route, category, severity, action taken, policy version, and time. They are designed not to store the raw Receipt. The full original Receipt stays off your account unless you opt in.

Section / 04

Service providers

INEEDTHEMAX currently relies on providers such as Convex for accounts and application data, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for MAX processing, and Resend for account email. Stripe may process billing data when paid membership is activated. Human-coaching and communication tools may be used when you request those services.

Each provider processes limited information needed for its role under its own terms and privacy policy. INEEDTHEMAX does not sell Receipt content or memory content.

Section / 05

Your controls

• Correct MAX’s classifications before saving the Receipt.
• Keep long-term MAX memory off, inspect saved memories, or forget any saved memory.
• Keep raw Receipt retention off; this is the default.
• Turn privacy-safe analytics off for future product events.
• Download a machine-readable copy of your Locker from Account / Privacy.
• Permanently delete your account and Locker data. Active paid memberships must be canceled first when billing is enabled.

Section / 06

Sensitive information and contact

Do not use the Locker Room as a clinical, emergency, legal, financial, or medical record. Bring only the information MAX needs to help with the creator-performance decision in front of you.

For privacy, access, correction, or support questions, use the contact channel provided on the INEEDTHEMAX website. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
