Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, digital product access, app membership, and 1:1 session scheduling are handled.

App membership

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Members can cancel future renewals at any time through account billing or by contacting support. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges.

Because Ineedthemax provides immediate access to digital content, guided tools, and member features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Digital products

Digital products are generally non-refundable after download or access begins, unless required by law or unless there is a duplicate purchase or technical access issue that cannot be resolved.

1:1 sessions

1:1 sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as completed sessions unless Max chooses otherwise.

If Max needs to reschedule, the client will receive a new available time or refund option.

How to request help

If something is not working, reach out with the account email, order details, and a short description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
