Paid app billing is not active yet. This policy applies when membership or a paid human-coaching offer becomes available.

Section / 01
When paid membership opens, the price, renewal period, included access, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Recurring access will renew until canceled.
Canceling will stop future renewal. Refund eligibility will depend on the offer shown at purchase, applicable law, duplicate charges, and unresolved technical-access failures.
Section / 02
Digital products may be non-refundable after access or download begins except where required by law or where a duplicate charge or unresolved technical problem occurred.
Human sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions and late cancellations may be treated as completed. If INEEDTHEMAX must cancel, the client will receive a new time or refund option.
Section / 03
Send the account email, purchase details, and a short description of the issue through the support channel shown on the site. Do not send payment-card details by email or inside a Receipt.
The boundary
INEEDTHEMAX supports workload, decisions, recovery, and execution. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
